1. Open chrome://settings/ in Chrome URL bar. Click on Show Advance Settings and locate the privacy section of the settings.

2. Click on Content Settings. On the next page look for the Notifications section.

3. Click on Manage Exceptions. Now you have the list of sites sending you notifications. You can either disallow or delete the site off the list.

All you need to do is change a specific website's permission on your chrome browser.
