Last Updated: August 20, 2015

From the above headline am sure you would have said HTC would be better than Innjoo but we can’t just finalize it that way. Recently, Innjoo launched a new flagship smartphone, Innjoo One. This smartphone
have greater features, but can we just say Innjoo One is better than the HTC One M8 released as at middle of 2014. For us to get possible answers to this lets compare both smartphones together and see which is a better option.
Both smartphones have 4G LTE network but we still have Innjoo one with only 3G Network. Innjoo One is built with Dual Sim (one micro Sim
and one Nano Sim) while HTC One M8 is just built with One Nano Sim.

Design, Display & Dimensions
HTC One M8 is a uni-body aluminum design with brush look but the metal wraps around to the front racher than having a plastic strip around the edge, the corners of the HTC are also more rounded while Innjoo
One is pretty with full Metal Frame and a Sleek Design,
the metal frame combines with though glass cover on the front and back
to give the smartphone a premium look and feel.
Both smartphones features 5 inch, (1080×1920 pixels for HTC & 720×1280 pixels for Innjoo) brilliant HD display screen which would makes them easy to navigate through and provide high quality pictures and videos. HTC One M8 dimension is 146.4×70.6×9.4mm while Innjoo One dimension is 142.7×70.2×6.9mm. HTC One M8 is 160g in weight while the Innjoo One has 123g as weight.

Hardware Comparison
As with other high-end Android handsets, the M8 has been given the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, the 801 Quadcore chip has a clock speed of 2.3GHz compared to Innjoo One built with Mediatek chipset
with 8 cores, each clocked at 1.7GHz. Innjoo One features Mali-450MP GPU while M8 features Adreno 330 GPU. With
this processor comparison, it’s definitely sure the HTC One M8 is a better option to Innjoo One as it can perform
better and faster than the Innjoo.
Both smartphones runs on
Android 4.4.2 Kitkat OS and at same time with 2GB RAM as well.

There is a great news on the storage of both smartphones, the
Innjoo One is built with 16GB Internal Memory with External SDcard slot of up to 64GB while HTC One M8 also have internal memory of 16GB but with external sdcard slot up to 128GB. The HTC users also have free 65GB of Google Drive storage for two years making almost 209GB with the 128GB memory card.

 Cameras & Batteries

Innjoo One was really born for taking shots featuring a 13MP Rear/Back Camera
and a 8MP Front Facing Camera while HTC One M8 have a Duo camera feature at the back and a 5MP front facing camera. Duo Camera in HTC One M8 simple means it uses two camera at the back (one at top and one close to middle of the phone), the one close to the middle is called Ultrapixel camera with 4MP, the imagechip 2 means the camera can shoot faster and capture sharper images. The second Camera is there to capture depth information, the meta data is attached to the main camera photo and can be used later on. Both smartphones cameras are very clear and sharp with
LED flash light for Night Shots. They are also best in terms of taking selfies. But I must say the 13MP and 8MP Cameras of Innjoo give differences in cameras compare to the 4MP back camera and 5MP front camera of HTC One M8.
Both features a reasonable battery life of 2600mAh battery which simple implies that there is no difference in their battery life. Both battery are non-removable.

Nigerians, both smartphones are available in Nigerian Largest Online
Markets. But it’s advisable to buy from JUMIA
as they deliver faster. You can get the Innjoo One from JUMIA for N27,999 while HTC One M8 sells for N95,000 on Jumia as well.
